Helpful Staff and Clean Room, But Needs More Attention
The staff provided excellent service, especially Richard, who helped with our special requests. The room was clean, and having patio doors for quick access to a grassy area was perfect for our dog. The pool temperature was disappointing. Advise checking pool conditions in advance.

The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely helpful, excellent service. Our room was well-appointed and pet-friendly, offered with patio and a balcony or patio, for example. Cereal, fruit and eggs served for breakfast were good.
The setting was miserable.

Impressed with the warm and professional staff. The breakfast options that catered to dietary restrictions. The layout was awkward with just one elevator and the pool area needed better maintenance.

Attentive and efficient staff, they know their business. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is in the central location on the lake. Also it is near to Niagara and the falls and great restaurants and shopping.
The bathrooms are very small.

Decent breakfast selection to start the day.
Upon arrival, the smell of smoke in my room was unbearable, despite having booked a non-smoking room. The staff's response was dismissive, and I was told there were no other rooms available, leaving me feeling neglected and unaccommodated.

The room felt clean and had 2 comfy Queen beds. I loved the free breakfast buffet. It included lactose-free milk, hard to find. The indoor pool temperature was perfect, and the hot tub was a great addition. Tami at the front desk gave a warm welcome and was very energetic. The mini-putt looked a bit run down and underwhelming. Some areas of the hotel felt dated, and I did encounter minor issues with the shower leaking. But the staff was very helpful in addressing my concerns. It balanced out for a nice stay.

Facilities were very clean and modern. Room had large-screen tv and new mini-fridge, with working temp control. Staff was friendly and lobby has a computer that can be used for printing boarding passes. I extended my stay a day because of the quality.
